“In a world filled with hate, we must still dare to hope.” - Michael Jackson

Rascal Flatts have been named Ambassadors for the Jason Foundation, an educational organization dedicated to the awareness and prevention of youth suicide. The group will participate in public service announcements, public awareness programs, fundraising and the newly created B1 Project to help teens recognize when a friend might be struggling with suicidal thoughts. The campaign will also include poster distribution to schools and Facebook initiatives. In addition, the public service announcements will be shown during the group’s Nothing Like This tour which begins Friday (June 25) in Raleigh, N.C.  This song, called “Why” makes me cry and want to help anyone who has thoughts of suicide.
